Syfe, APAC's leading digital wealth platform, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Hong Kong to own the local product roadmap and translate complex concepts into scalable wealth solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.

The Right Profile

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager with strong product management experience, customer obsession, and a data-driven decision-making process. You should have strong problem-solving skills, be able to influence and partner across teams, and juggle multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

You will own the execution and evolution of Syfe's Hong Kong product offerings, working closely with senior leaders, engineers, and cross-functional partners to deliver a best-in-class wealth product in the region. You'll be responsible for translating complex concepts into scalable product solutions that help Syfe rapidly expand its market presence.

You don't need deep expertise in how users invest and build wealth going in — but you should be keen to learn, and genuinely excited by the idea of helping everyday people solve their hardest money problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day execution of Hong Kong's product roadmap
• Partner closely with design and engineering to ship high-impact features quickly
• Explore and analyse data, conduct user interviews, work closely with business stakeholders — and the million other things PMs do
• Identify and prioritise opportunities to reduce manual processes and operational overhead
• Communicate progress, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders across product and business teams
• Operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where speed and execution are critical
• Figure out what to build next
• Groom, prioritise, and manage the backlog, balancing user value with business requirements
• Build products for your users — with product sense, conviction, and a lot of supporting data

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to deliver quickly in a fast-moving environment
• Proven analytical thinking, project manageDeep understanding of data analytics and statistics
• Adept at sourcing and conducting user interviews
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning a product area end‑to‑end
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Business fluency in Cantonese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a consumer-facing fintech or high‑growth finance‑related company
• A background in statistics/data analysis, user research, or design/product design
• Experience with SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools beyond Excel
• Adept at using AI tools in your day‑to‑day work
• Experience working in complex, regulated domains (highly preferred)
