Job summary

OKX is building an innovative, AI-native localisation platform. You will lead a squad of PMs and engineers to ship the agentic translation system across 20+ languages, with human-in-the-loop quality controls and autonomous QA.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, and champion a culture where localisation quality is a shared business outcome, not just a language task. You will shape product direction, set quality bars, and coordinate with language managers to ensure regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

• PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.
• Proven ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities.
• Accountable for business outcomes and measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
• Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
• Experience with harness/orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
• Has built quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous‑system launches.
• International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of product managers and developers to ship translation and QA systems into production.
• Own the agentic translation system end-to-end across 20+ languages.
• Build autonomous QA agent to evaluate translation quality and catch regressions at scale.
• Make the system self-improving by reducing production issues over time.
• Ensure localisation quality is a shared responsibility across the organisation.
