Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Hong Kong seeks an AI localisation lead to rebuild translation pipelines and implement AI-assisted quality monitoring. You will drive cross-functional ownership across product, design, engineering, content, and compliance to improve localisation outcomes.

You will oversee large language model-enabled translation, quality evaluation, and remediation workflows, ensuring scalability and cost-efficient multilingual releases across markets.

• Have LLMs carry translation and quality evaluation at scale, so human effort concentrates on setting the standards and making the final calls
• Keep translation quality stable while coverage expands substantially, so cost no longer grows linearly with languages, content and releases
• Ensure localisation issues are caught before release, monitored after release, and genuinely verified once fixed
• Ensure conversion on key user journeys is not damaged by language issues
• Drive a sustained reduction in severe production issues and in issues that recur
• Make localisation quality a responsibility shared by product, design, engineering, content and compliance — not something the language team carries alone
• Turn every issue found into a preventive capability in the system

About the Opportunity

the company continues to invest heavily in localisation across European markets. There are two real bottlenecks: translation quality and scale are hard to achieve at the same time, and the problem is rarely "is the translation accurate" — it is "can users understand it, and can they get through the flow".

You will own two things: rebuilding the translation and quality-evaluation pipeline around large language models, and building an AI-assisted localisation monitoring and remediation system. You will be accountable for the business outcomes of localisation.

This role does not require a linguistics or translation background, multilingual ability, or algorithm engineering skills. We are looking for someone who can make the whole organisation share responsibility for localisation quality.
