Turtles is seeking a Product Development & Sourcing Manager to join our Hong Kong team. This is a physical consumer goods role, not software, where you’ll identify high-potential opportunities across brands and drive ideas from concept to factory floor to market.

You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers and manufacturers who prize precision and craft, balancing beauty with durability to deliver quality products.

Qualifications

• Must have strong taste in branding, aesthetics and physical product design.
• Highly intelligent, adaptable and solutions-oriented.
• Excellent organizational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential product opportunities across multiple categories and brands.
• Translate insights into clear, commercially grounded product briefs focusing on materials, durability and design integrity.
• Guide design and development balancing beauty, functionality and manufacturability.
• Source and evaluate manufacturers with focus on technical capability, consistency and craftsmanship.
• Manage sampling, testing and quality control from prototype to production, maintaining speed and standards.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and timelines to ensure efficient production.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and trade requirements.
