Job summary

CHARMING, a global leader in fashion and retail, is seeking a Global Product Development Manager based in Kowloon to lead end-to-end product development for trims, packaging, RFID, and related branding solutions, aligning with global brand requirements.

You will coordinate with R&D teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, conduct market and customer research, support sales with technical expertise, and drive sustainable, scalable product solutions across regional and global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Experience in product management and lifecycle management.
Experience in R&D for materials, trims, packaging, or RFID with sustainability focus.
Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
Industry experience in fashion/retail and global/multi-country operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development cycles for trims, packaging, RFID and related branding solutions.
Coordinate with R&D teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders; oversee sampling, testing and commercialization.
Conduct market and customer research to identify innovation opportunities.
Support sales teams with technical product expertise and translate client needs into scalable solutions.
Monitor product performance and optimize product portfolios across regional and global teams.
