Responsibilities

Turn visions into concepts and translate those concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity despite system complexity.
Utilize industry design standards to define screen designs, guidelines, and specs.
Ensure UI/UX communicates clearly, on brand, and delights users.
Collaborate with Product Owner, Business, and IT to meet project objectives.
Manage the design process, drive decisions, and ensure specs are implemented.
Present design concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Support researchers with usability testing and studies.
Stay updated on industry trends to align product strategy.
Collaborate and share knowledge with team and stakeholders.
Contribute to creation of flexible design systems and libraries.
Improve accessibility of interfaces and user interactions.
Promote user-centered design in banking.
