Responsible for experience design of the company's C‑end wealth and stock‑related products: design and optimize product experience and user interfaces based on product requirements to ensure aesthetic, concise and user‑friendly interfaces.
Conduct user experience research to gain in‑depth insights into user demands and behavioral habits through user research, competitive‑product analysis and other methods to provide solid evidence for design
Deliver efficient experience design with Figma, and conduct iterative optimization based on user feedback
Conduct in‑depth research on AI trends and development; able to independently build efficiency‑boosting applications using tools such as Dify, or leverage other AI products to improve design‑work efficiency
Participate in building the design system, and continuously optimize and iterate it in combination with projects to guarantee consistency and maintainability of product interfaces
Work closely with product managers, developers, testers and other staff to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions
Keep continuous attention to the latest trends and technologies in wealth management, the financial industry and the design field, so as to deliver innovative design solutions for products
