Job summary

MoneyHero Group in Hong Kong/Singapore (remote from Malaysia for Malaysians) seeks a Product Design Lead to shape experiences across markets with AI-powered methods. You will blend product thinking, systems design, and AI tools to drive strategy and fast ideation in a lean design team.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with Product/Data/Engineering, and own UX/UI for multiple products across cards, loans, and insurance while advancing design systems and cross-market scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio.
• 2–3 years of leadership experience leading design initiatives or small teams.
• Proficient in Figma with component libraries and modern design systems.
• Strong interaction design, responsive layouts, and UX best practices.
• Comfort with AI tools as core extensions of workflow.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences from framing to polished UI, prototypes, and specs.
• Leverage AI copilots to ideate, generate flows, write UX content, and produce variants.
• Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses and influence product direction.
• Collaborate with product managers to sharpen requirements and focus on user outcomes.
• Own UX/UI for multiple markets and verticals across cards, loans, insurance, etc.
• Design for conversion across core flows and growth campaigns, microsites, and landing pages.
• Evolve and apply the Figma design system across platforms.
• Incorporate analytics, experiments, and user feedback to iterate journeys.
• Work with engineers to ensure design intent is implemented and QA support when needed.
• Champion AI-accelerated design practices to improve speed and quality.
