You will shape intuitive experiences for users across Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and Taiwan, with options to base in Singapore or Hong Kong, or remote from Malaysia for Malaysian citizens.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
• Portfolio showcasing product features and marketing/growth work
• Experience leading a design team and mentoring others

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product experiences from framing to specs
• Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses and influence direction
• Lead a small team of 2 product designers and mentor them
• Collaborate with product managers to shape requirements and clarify problems
• Own UX/UI for multiple markets and verticals across cards, loans, insurance
• Design for conversion across core product flows and growth surfaces
