Binance in Hong Kong seeks a Global Product Legal Lead to provide regulatory guidance across the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch to ongoing operations, shaping the future of finance.

You will work with product teams, engineers, compliance, risk, and BD to embed regulatory considerations into development, build scalable compliance frameworks, and engage regulators worldwide.

Formación

• Licensed to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with international regulatory experience.
• 10+ years in regulatory legal roles, preferably in-house at tech, financial services or crypto.
• Deep knowledge of global financial product regulation including spot/derivatives, payments and digital assets.
• Proven track record embedding with product and engineering teams to shape product decisions.
• Experience managing complex regulatory matters and engaging with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience leading and scaling legal teams across regions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide regulatory and legal guidance across the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing operations.
• Advise product teams on regulatory implications of features, expansions, and market entries across jurisdictions.
• Lead assessment and mitigation of regulatory risks across Binance's product suite including spot, derivatives and payments.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, compliance, risk and BD to embed regulatory considerations into development processes.
• Build and maintain scalable product compliance frameworks and controls to support growth in diverse environments.
• Act as a key decision-maker in product governance forums balancing compliance with business goals.
• Engage regulators and external counsel on product-related matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Stay ahead of global regulatory developments and translate into actionable guidance for teams.
• Conduct cross-functional workshops to elevate regulatory awareness.

• Lead engagement with regulators and external counsel on product-related matters across multiple jurisdictions

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction with significant international regulatory legal experience.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory legal roles, preferably in-house at a technology, financial services, or cryptocurrency company
• Deep knowledge of global financial product regulation, including spot and derivatives trading, payment systems, and digital assets
• Proven track record of working embedded with product and engineering teams to shape product decisions
• Experience managing complex regulatory compliance matters and engaging with regulators across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience leading and scaling legal teams across regions
