Qualifications

• Diploma holder in Purchasing, SCM, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong multi-tasking and reliable professional with vendor skills.
• Excellent vendor relationships and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; YeeFlow and GRN/GRR processing preferred.

Maintain, organize, and update all procurement-related documents and records (including GRN / GRR processing).

Execute additional ad hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

Diploma holder or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.

Relevant experience in the F&B or Hospitality industry.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive under tight deadlines.

A highly responsible, reliable professional with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
