Job summary

Travel Expert Ltd, a Hong Kong travel service provider, is seeking a diligent assistant to support daily documentation, operations, and tour logistics in a small team.

The role requires a Diploma or higher in Travel & Tourism (or related), 1 year in MICE preferred, and skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and Chinese typing. Fresh graduates are welcome, and immediate availability is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Travel & Tourism (or related)
• 1 year MICE sector experience preferred
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva; Chinese typing required
• Good command of English and Chinese, both written and spoken

Requirements:

F.5 or above, prefer with Certificate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or any related disciplines

Minimum 1-year working experiencein M.I.C.E. sector

Proficient in computer skills (Chinese typing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva is a MUST)

Good in verbal & written skills in both English & Chinese

Willing to learn & able to work independently

Experience using Amadeus booking system is a plus

Fresh graduates are also welcome
