Job summary

Hamilton Lane, a global leader in private markets, seeks an Analyst in Hong Kong on the Fund Investment & Managed Solutions (FIMS) team. You will review opportunities, support due diligence, and help build private markets portfolios for a world-class client base.

Responsibilities include global opportunity screening, Asian market due diligence, and leveraging AI tools to enhance project execution. Fluent English and Mandarin desirable.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of work experience in financial services; recent graduates welcome.
• University degree required.
• Ability to learn quickly and analyze information efficiently.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple workstreams to deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong collaboration in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial review and formulate recommendations on global private equity and private credit fund opportunities.
• Contribute to in-depth due diligence on Asian private equity and private credit fund opportunities.
• Identify new investment opportunities and monitor existing portfolios with accurate meeting notes.
• Develop expertise in emerging technologies and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
