[Private Banking Institution] is seeking a detail-oriented Private Banking Relationship Manager Assistant to support senior bankers and ensure seamless service delivery for HNW/UHNW clients. You will handle daily accounts, complex transactions, and collaborate with product specialists to execute bespoke wealth solutions.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, KYC/AML reviews, precise documentation, and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to Private Banking or Wealth Management preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy under pressure.
• Strong understanding of banking products and investment vehicles.
• Professional communication and discretion handling sensitive information; high emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in banking operating systems and CRM tools; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary point of contact for HNW/UHNW clients, handling inquiries and account maintenance.
• Assist RMs in preparing client portfolio reviews, wealth-planning reports, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate with internal product specialists to execute complex client instructions.
• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and KYC/AML reviews.
• Process transactions including wires, credit facilities, FX deals, and investments.
• Maintain accurate client records and CRM documentation.
