Citi Private Bank seeks an Associate Banker in Hong Kong to support relationship managers serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will assist in prospecting, profiling and converting prospects, organize client meetings, and help deepen relationships with analytics and market insights.

You will collaborate on revenue strategies, coordinate events and ensure KYC/AML compliance, risk controls, and accurate reporting. Mandarin and Cantonese fluency required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of investments is required; banking and credit products desirable.
• Ability to manage relationships both internal and external; Ability to multi-task.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Banker in creating sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue growth and acquire new target clients, focusing on Investments.
• Assist the Banker with prospecting, research, lead generation, referrals, and client events.
• Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
• Organize pre-call planning, post-meeting notes, and maintain client call records.
• Support deepening existing client relationships through deep-dive analysis.
• Provide revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the Banker.
• Assist with account opening/closing, loan disbursements, and related documentation.
• Provide complete service to clients, including resolving complex inquiries.
• Ensure documentation related to KYC/AML is completed and updated; assess risk and ensure compliance.
