Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a meticulous Private Banking Relationship Manager Assistant (PB RMA) to provide high-touch operational and account management support to Private Bankers in Hong Kong.

You will handle daily client enquiries, order executions, onboarding, KYC reviews, and source-of-wealth verification, and prepare client proposals and portfolio reports while ensuring AML/KYC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 3 years as ARM or sales support in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
• Deep understanding of Private Banking products and regulatory/KYC requirements.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as the key contact point for U/HNW clients, handling daily account enquiries, order executions, and transaction requests.
• Assist Private Bankers in onboarding, account opening, Periodic KYC Reviews, and source-of-wealth verification.
• Prepare client proposals, portfolio reports, and investment review documentation.
• Ensure all client transactions and documentation comply with SFC, HKMA, and internal AML/KYC regulations.
• Collaborate with compliance, credit, and operations teams to resolve client issues and operational bottlenecks effectively.

We are looking for a meticulous and driven Private Banking Relationship Manager Assistant (PB RMA) to provide high-touch operational and account management support to Private Bankers / RMs. This role is essential in servicing Ultra/High-Net-Worth Individuals (U/HNWIs) and ensuring smooth execution of client transactions and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key contact point for U/HNW clients, handling daily account enquiries, order executions, and transaction requests.

Assist Private Bankers in client onboarding, account opening, Periodic KYC Reviews, and source-of-wealth (SOW) verification.

Prepare client proposals, portfolio reports, and investment review documentation.

Ensure all client transactions and documentation comply with SFC, HKMA, and internal AML/KYC regulations.

Collaborate with compliance, credit, and operations teams to resolve client issues and operational bottlenecks effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines.

3+ years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) or Sales Support in Private Banking / Wealth Management.

Deep understanding of Private Banking products, account structures, and regulatory/KYC requirements.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
