Job summary

DBS Private Banking in Hong Kong is looking for a Customer Service professional to support Relationship Managers in delivering differentiated service to high-net-worth clients. You will help ensure timely processing of transactions and accurate delivery of client-focused services.

The role requires a degree in Business or Finance, at least three years in private banking, and SFO Type 1 and 4 qualifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in private banking customer service.
• Qualified to perform Investment regulated activities under SFO (Types 1 and 4).
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in delivering differentiated service to high-net-worth clients.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Assist Relationship Managers in daily client relationship maintenance.
• Serve as main contact for client instructions, fund payments, and loan disbursement steps.
