Job summary

Morgan Stanley Asia Limited in Hong Kong seeks a pricing & analytics professional within Institutional Equities. The role covers pricing and analytics across equity financing and execution products in APAC, including prime brokerage and cleared derivatives.

You will support pricing decisions, develop models, partner with Sales, Trading, Risk, IT and clients, and contribute to profitability analysis and management reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years related financial experience, ideally in Prime Brokerage or related roles.
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities.
• Clear, effective communication and problem solving.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
• Knowledge of equity swaps and listed derivatives desirable.

Skills Required

• 1-5 years related financial experience , ideally in: Prime Brokerage, Structuring, Strats, Risk, Trading or closely related analytical roles
• Strong numerical background and data analysis skills
• Analytic mindset, excellent problem solving ability and close attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to articulate complex situations clearly.
• Strong project management and time management skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced commercially driven environment
• Product knowledge of equity swaps and listed derivatives desirable
• Knowledge of regional APAC equity market structures desirable
