Institutional Equities Division (IED)… Structuring and Product development team is responsible for developing new trades, products, efficiencies and initiatives across the IED franchise in Asia. The team creates new revenue streams, trades & products, monetizes existing options and apply first principles approach to address firm policy interpretations that impact Asia IED.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generation of value added and differentiated ideas
• Build solid relationships with partner areas across IED such as Prime Brokerage, DSP and Derivatives
• Interact closely with infrastructure groups to maximize value while maintaining appropriate risk levels for franchise
• Perform quantitative analysis on specific projects and data sets as required
• Prepare desk materials for internal presentations and support senior members of the team
• Work with relevant clients, third-parties, trading, prime brokerage and ops on any day-to-day Structuring requirements for SPD products
