Job summary

Societe Generale in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Synthetic Prime Brokerage IT Chain Lead to govern end-to-end DPS release management. You will collaborate with Front Office, Trading, Risk, Ops and Tech to ensure timely, high-quality deployments on a fast-paced trading floor.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional coordination and delivering resilient technology solutions for DPS workflows, with exposure to front-to-back operations and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computational or financial discipline as a baseline.
• Extensive release-management experience in finance/investment banking is required.
• Solid knowledge of front-to-back workflows and DPS concepts.
• Experience governing complex releases with go/no-go and rollback planning.
• Strong stakeholder management across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Chair the weekly DPS Change Advisory Board and govern release packages.
• Oversee change and release management, including testing, dependencies, and sign-off.
• Establish go/no-go release gates based on readiness and risk.
• Coordinate changes across order management, execution, risk, and reporting platforms.
• Maintain DPS release calendar and provide transparent risk and capacity reporting.
• Lead DPS platform changes from inception to delivery and post-release support.
