Job summary

Recruit Logic Limited seeks an Senior Project Manager for Prime Brokerage to oversee end-to-end delivery across Prime Brokerage, Securities Financing, Margin Finance, and related services. You will coordinate with Asia-based teams, regulators, brokers, custodians, and vendors to translate business needs into IT deliverables.

The role requires deep experience in banking, trading workflows, and project governance, with a strong track record delivering complex, cross-region initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Management, Finance, or related discipline.
• Approximately 15 years of relevant banking or financial services experience with Prime Brokerage, Securities Financing, and Margin Finance.
• At least 5 years as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within Prime Brokerage, Cash Equities, or related Capitals Markets.
• Strong understanding of Prime Brokerage operating model, trade lifecycle, settlement, collateral management, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery management across global IT teams for Prime Brokerage initiatives.
• Oversee client onboarding, trade capture, settlement, and reporting workflows in Prime Brokerage and related services.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and monitor vendor invoices and implementation expenses.
• Provide Level 3 production support during critical releases and go-live periods.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and adoption of new workflows with business stakeholders.
• Lead governance forums and ensure delivery aligns with BRD specifications and approvals.
