Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead multi-outlet operations within a luxury academy, ensuring outstanding member and guest experiences and strong financial performance.

You will supervise outlet operations, drive service standards, mentor teams, manage costs, and collaborate with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, Events, and Academy Experience teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of management experience in restaurants, lounges, bars, luxury hotels, private clubs, or premium dining establishments.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-outlet or complex F&B operations.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service, lounge/bar operations, beverage programs, and guest engagement.
• Solid business acumen with understanding of financial metrics and cost control.
• Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is advantageous.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and company standards.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience across outlets.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and frontline staff.
• Plan manpower allocation, scheduling, and workforce productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training opportunities.
• Foster a positive, high-performing, and service-oriented work environment.
• Drive revenue through promotions, events, and service initiatives.
