Job summary

MemeStrategy, Inc. in Hong Kong seeks a passionate Card Specialist / Card Grader to assess, authenticate and pre-grade trading cards and collectibles, managing end-to-end grading submissions and customer journeys.

The role requires deep knowledge of TCG and sports cards, PSA/BGS/CGC submission familiarity, and meticulous attention to detail for high-value items, with responsibilities spanning inspections, valuations, packaging and secure handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on grading experience in cards or collectibles.
• Deep knowledge of grading standards and market trends.
• Familiarity with PSA, BGS, CGC submission processes and fee structures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed visual inspections of cards to assess surface, corners, edges and centering.
• Authenticate and pre-grade submissions across major grading authorities.
• Manage end-to-end grading submission process including packaging and tracking.
• Record card details and submission status in the management system.
• Support quality control with consistent grading standards.
