Job summary

Swing Consulting Limited is seeking a BI Analyst in Hong Kong to design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards. You will create KPI visuals and self-service analytics, maintain datasets and semantic models, and gather business reporting requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in BI, strong SQL/DAX/Power Query skills, and excellent communication with stakeholders. Cantonese/Mandarin and English are welcomed in a fast-paced environment with a five-day work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BI, reporting, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI dashboard and report development.
• Strong command of SQL, DAX, Power Query, and relational/dimensional data modelling principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Create KPI visualizations and self-service analytics solutions.
• Develop and maintain datasets, semantic models, measures, and calculations.
• Gather and document business reporting requirements.
• Perform data validation and resolve reporting data issues.
• Support UAT, deployment, and production reporting support.
• Prepare user training materials and reporting documentation.
• Drive reporting optimization and continuous improvement.
