Job summary

KOS International Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist (BI) to join its growing data and analytics team. You will focus on Power BI frontend development, dashboard delivery, reporting solutions and turning data into actionable insights to support business decisions.

Work closely with business stakeholders to design interactive dashboards, develop datasets and semantic models, and ensure accuracy across reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in BI, reporting or data analytics projects.
• Strong Power BI development, dashboard design and report delivery.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, data modelling and reporting best practices.
• Good communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI scorecards.
• Create self-service reporting solutions and visualisations to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain datasets, semantic models, DAX measures, calculations, and data models.
• Gather, analyse, and document business reporting requirements while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
