Job summary

Ambition in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong is seeking a BI Analyst to deliver end-to-end BI and data analytics across units. You will build executive dashboards in Power BI and refine data from the data lake.

Under a centralized BI team led by a Technical Lead and Project Manager, you will transform raw data with Databricks and Azure Data Factory, collaborating with business users to define metrics and requirements. The role offers a monthly fixed rate plus a 13th month bonus, with 12+1 days annual leave

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on BI and data analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboards and visualization.
• Hands-on data transformation experience with Databricks and Azure Data Factory (Synapse a plus).
• Open to candidates from any industry background.
• Strong business acumen and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Work with raw data entering the data lake, refining data from Bronze to Silver zones.
• Collaborate with business users to define metrics and project requirements.
• Conduct UAT sessions, deliver user briefings, and train end-users.
