Job summary

China Life Insurance (Overseas) Company Limited seeks an Assistant Manager of Policy Servicing Department to lead a team handling policy changes, premium payments, and payout applications within SLAs, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor team members to achieve individual and productivity, quality and service targets.
• Oversee accurate processing of policy changes, renewal premium payments, and/or payout applications within the SLAs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Perform customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD) and customer risk assessments; conduct high-risk customer reviews; maintain complete documentation; and coordinate customer follow-up to obtain required information.
