Job summary

JustOneGalaxy Recruitment Limited is seeking a Workforce Analytics Manager responsible for workforce analytics, governance, and reporting to optimize technology headcount and resource utilization.

You will build executive dashboards using Power BI, partner with HR and Finance, and automate reporting pipelines using Microsoft 365 tools. Requires 5–8 years in workforce analytics and proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• 5–8 years of experience in workforce analytics or PMO.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze headcount, vacancies, contractor usage, and budget data to create dashboards.
• Establish KPIs and monitor delivery performance, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to support headcount governance.
• Build and automate self-service dashboards and reporting pipelines using Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields
