Job summary

JustOneGalaxy Recruitment Limited is seeking a Workforce Analytics Manager responsible for workforce analytics, governance, and reporting to optimize technology headcount and resource utilization.

You will build executive dashboards using Power BI, partner with HR and Finance, and automate reporting pipelines using Microsoft 365 tools. Requires 5–8 years in workforce analytics and proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and automate self-service dashboards and reporting pipelines using Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Job description

Primary Focus: Workforce planning, performance management reporting, and data analytics to optimize technology headcount and resource utilization.

Core Responsibilities:

Workforce Analytics & Governance: Analyze headcount, vacancies, contractor usage, and budget data to create executive dashboards and management information packs.

Performance & Productivity Tracking: Establish KPIs, monitor team delivery performance, capacity utilization, and resource allocation across the division.

HR & Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to support headcount governance, manpower planning, and resource alignment.

Reporting Innovation: Build and automate self-service dashboards, scorecards, and reporting pipelines using Power BI and Microsoft 365 tools.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or related fields.

5–8 years of experience in workforce analytics, HR analytics, PMO, or business reporting (Banking/Financial Services/Tech background preferred).

Technical proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
