Horizon Technology Recruitment is seeking a PMO Manager in Hong Kong to bring governance and delivery discipline to a Data & AI Governance programme. You will hold the portfolio view, manage reporting rhythms and coordinate delivery across concurrent workstreams.

The ideal candidate has proven PMO experience, ability to coordinate across complex stakeholder networks, and a credible data background with familiarity in AI governance and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain PMO governance standards across data and AI governance portfolio.
• Coordinate delivery across concurrent data and AI workstreams spanning units.
• Own reporting rhythm with steering-committee packs, dashboards, RAID logs and milestones.
• Maintain portfolio view, surface risks and dependencies before they impact delivery.
• Run cross-functional alignment meetings, governance forums and working committees.
• Support overseas entities through data and AI governance and compliance requirements.
• Oversee AI use-case reviews to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory expectations.
• Coordinate data governance activities like data-quality tracking and dictionary upkeep.
• Maintain AI governance documentation, including process notes, playbooks and templates.

A leading Hong Kong financial services organisation is hiring a PMO Manager to bring governance and delivery discipline to its Data & AI Governance programme. With AI and data governance being embedded across multiple business units and regional entities, including Mainland China, it needs someone who can hold the portfolio view, run the reporting rhythm and coordinate delivery across concurrent workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain the PMO governance standards that run across the data and AI governance portfolio
• Coordinate delivery across several concurrent data and AI workstreams spanning different business units
• Own the reporting rhythm — steering-committee packs, executive dashboards, RAID logs and milestone tracking across parallel initiatives
• Keep a single consolidated view of the portfolio, surfacing risks, dependencies and escalations before they bite
• Run cross-functional alignment meetings, governance forums and working committees
• Support business units and overseas entities as they work through data and AI governance and compliance requirements
• Help oversee AI use-case reviews, checking initiatives meet internal standards and regulatory expectations
• Coordinate data governance activity — data-quality tracking, data-dictionary upkeep and trusted-source assessments
• Maintain the AI governance documentation set — process notes, playbooks and templates

Requirements

• Proven PMO experience — standing up governance, tracking portfolios, steering-committee reporting and RAID management
• Experience coordinating across multiple business units in a complex stakeholder environment
• A genuine data background — able to talk data governance, data quality, data migration and AI compliance with credibility
• A working understanding of AI governance and responsible-AI frameworks
• Strong English and Cantonese, with Mandarin an advantage given the Mainland China exposure
