Job summary

ESF is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a Digital Modernization initiative. You will implement, configure, and support core enterprise platforms across 24 schools, collaborating with school leadership, vendors, and central teams.

The role emphasizes integration work, backlog prioritization, and training support. Candidates should have 7–10 years in IT application development and support, with strong SQL and PHP experience, API design, and front-end framework proficiency.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of IT application development and support experience.
• At least 4 years of SQL programming experience (SQL Server and/or Oracle).
• At least 5 years of web application development experience in PHP.
• Experience designing & building backend APIs and middleware architectures.
• Proficiency with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Two+ years of IT application support to end customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional configuration, system updates, and workflow setups for SaaS educational platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to diagnose root causes and manage patches.
• Consolidate and prioritize change requests into a master backlog.
• Gather requirements, run UAT, and support training across 24 schools.
