Job summary

Lalamove seeks a highly organized PMO Senior Associate to support our enablement team in Hong Kong. You will coordinate internal operations, standardize cross-market workflows, and maintain a single source of truth across 19 markets.

Role emphasizes dashboards, data integrity, and proactive risk monitoring. You will track milestones, flag bottlenecks early, and help rollout scalable SOPs and PMO playbooks while ensuring HQ guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in Operations, PMO, Project Coordination, or Process Management.
• Experience coordinating with multi-regional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-market workflows and maintain central tracking dashboards.
• Track end-to-end milestones and flag delays to senior stakeholders.
• Develop, update, and enforce scalable SOPs and PMO playbooks.
• Ensure adherence to HQ guidelines and regional SOPs.
