Job summary

Lalamove seeks a Senior PMO Specialist / Project Manager to oversee vendor coordination, billing, and multi‑stream project delivery. You will bridge technical operations with finance and business teams to ensure operational efficiency, billing alignment, and timely execution.

You will manage invoices, POs, SLAs, and budgets while driving cross‑functional collaboration across regional teams. Strong English and Mandarin, plus PM experience, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of vendor management billing processing experience.
• Understanding our application platforms and logistics ecosystems (e.g., order dispatching, driver networks, API integrations).
• Proven experience managing vendor relationships, SLAs, and technical vendor contracts.
• Experience handling project budgeting, invoice verification, and finance workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PM methodologies and tools (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and Jira/Sheets/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendor coordination and operations, ensuring clear communication with external vendors and internal teams.
• Own end-to-end invoicing, billing requests, and purchase orders tied to tech infrastructure and services.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream projects with planning, risk management, progress tracking, and QA.
• Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and prepare progress reports for leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Specialist / Project Manager to oversee project deliverables, manage vendor relationships, coordinations, and manage technical billings across our tech operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations, external vendors, and internal business/finance teams—ensuring operational efficiency, strict billing alignment, and smooth project execution.

What you will do:

• Vendor Coordination & Operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, managing day-to-day communication and operational follow-through.
  • Collaborate closely with internal management, finance, and vendor stakeholders to maintain complete status transparency, drive accountability, and resolve operational blockers.
  • Coordinate and organize company and vendor resources to ensure joint delivery teams operate efficiently and hit target milestones.
• Invoice & Billing Management
  • Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for invoices, billing requests, and purchase orders tied to tech infrastructure and vendor services.
  • Review, cross-reference, and verify technical invoices (e.g. API usage like location service vendors, cloud infrastructure, software subscriptions) against team usage metrics and contract terms.
  • Track billing schedules and route approvals across project owners, budget holders, and finance stakeholders to eliminate payment issues.
• Project Governance & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stream projects on ourplatform, overseeing project planning, risk management, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
  • Organize and facilitate key project meetings across all project phases, ensuring clear agendas, structured outcomes, and concise documentation.
  • Prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior leadership, proactively managing stakeholder expectations and mitigating tactical risks.
  • Maintain a flexible, hands-on approach to task boundaries to support shifting business priorities.

What you will need:

• Experience & Technical Proficiency
  • 5+ years of vendor management billing processing experience, ideally within technology, e-commerce, or supply chain industries.
  • Understanding our application platforms and logistics ecosystems (e.g., order dispatching, driver networks, API integrations, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), and technical vendor contracts.
  • Solid experience handling project budgeting, technical invoice verification, and finance department workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Google Sheets/Excel).
• Soft Skills & Languages
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with regional teams, leadership, and external vendor partners.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mind with critical thinking skills—capable of spotting billing discrepancies, operational bottlenecks, and workflow gaps.
  • Self-motivated, decisive, and adaptable with a high degree of execution capability in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Project management certifications: PMP, PSM / SPS
