Lalamove, Hong Kong-based, is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function across international markets. The role reports to the COO and focuses on brand stewardship, digital growth, and loyalty programmes to accelerate driver and user acquisition.
You will build a high-performing, cross-cultural team, design data-driven campaigns, manage budgets, and coordinate with product, sales, and operations to expand in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.

An opportunity has arisen to join us as DirectorMarketing. Based in Hong Kong, the incumbent will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Lalamove, and lead Lalamove’s marketing function across all international markets.
Brand-steward: Ability to lead the long term brand building, marketing communications, and PR capabilities across all our markets
Digital marketing expert: Strong know-how in digital marketing, so as to grow our driver and user base in a sustainable manner
Loyalty programmes adviser: Proven track record developing and running successful Loyalty Programmes
Effective People manager: work effectively cross-culturally, understand team challenges, create action plans, provide improvement suggestions and deliver results by building an exceptional team
Strong communicator: Ability to articulate and communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization
Data-Driven mindset: Lead a data-driven marketing culture that values collecting and drawing insights from new and existing data as well as implementing strategic plans rooted in a deep understanding of the data
Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders across different levels and functional expertise
Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales across both supply and demand channels
Drive overall User/Driver leads by implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
Responsible for the marketing organization structure, guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team.
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure, and other financial considerations
Collaborate with the business teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth.
Create processes and operating procedures between market and functional teams.
Undertake continuous analysis of the competitive environment and consumer trends
Minimum 10 years of work experience gained from headquarters or regional headquarters of MNCs
Highly proficient with marketing technology tools and understands the complex marketing tracking infrastructures
Extremely familiar with the concept of integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience in leading marketing planning and budgeting processes.
Previous experience in paid acquisition, online advertising, CRM, Retention marketing or other growth marketing-related roles would be a plus
Extremely familiar with marketing metrics as CAC, CPO, CVR, CPL etc
Experience in leading international / multi-cultural teams
