Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a hands-on Platforms Engineering Lead to drive identity platforms and enterprise infrastructure. You will combine strong Java engineering, IAM/CIAM expertise, and modern DevOps automation to ensure platform stability and secure 24/7 operations.

You will design, build, and maintain IAM/CIAM solutions, lead CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and ArgoCD, and work with cross-functional teams to enforce security best practices and rapid incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on platform engineering and IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on expertise in CIAM/IAM and modern identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, PKCE).
• Solid Java programming background for extensions, integrations, and backend.
• Experience with Jenkins, Docker, ArgoCD and GitOps/CI-CD workflows.
• Proven ability to support 24/7 operations, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills (spoken and written).

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in platform engineering, identity management, and application support.
• Identity & Protocols: Strong hands-on expertise in CIAM / IAM and implementation of modern identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, PKCE).
• Software Development: Solid Java programming background for custom extensions, integrations, and backend architecture.
• DevOps Toolchain: Proficient with Jenkins, Docker, ArgoCD, and modern GitOps/CI-CD workflows.
• Operational Readiness: Proven ability to contribute immediately to 24/7 support, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
• Languages: Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
