Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking an Assistant Planning Manager for a luxury spirits brand in Hong Kong. You will lead end-to-end planning, oversee S&OP, and partner with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure product availability and optimized inventory.

You will develop forecasts using market trends and historical data, drive forecast accuracy, manage replenishment plans, and mentor the planning team.

Competenze

• Must have experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP or Integrated Business Planning within FMCG/consumer goods/retail sectors.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional planning processes in a complex supply chain environment.
• Strong forecasting techniques, inventory management, replenishment planning and supply chain optimization knowledge.
• Experience managing planning teams and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in ERP and planning systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, aligning Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using market trends, promotions and historical data.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvements in planning performance.
• Convert forecasts into robust supply and replenishment plans to ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on inventory deployment and capacity planning.
• Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize disruptions.
• Drive inventory optimization to improve working capital while maintaining service levels.
• Support new product launches and portfolio changes from planning perspective.
• Establish and monitor KPIs: forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, stock availability.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance planning processes and data quality.
• Manage, coach and develop a planning team.
