Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore seeks a Planner to manage master production schedules and coordinate with customers ensuring timely delivery of orders. The role is based at our headquarters in Ang Mo Kio.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, with 2 years’ experience in production planning or supply chain roles, and experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP HANA, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

We’re looking to add a Planner in Singapore. The position will be based in our Headquarters in Ang Mo Kio.

As a Planner, you will:

Responsible for planning of master production schedule and liaise with customers to ensure timely delivery of customers’ order requirements.

The key responsibilities are as below:

• Prepare the production plan and highlight any problems if output not meeting the plan.

• Perform order management

• Manage on-time delivery and update customer from time to time on delivery issues.

• Analyze MRP shortages and follow up with buyers on any delivery issues from suppliers.

• Resolve quality and other related issues

• Issue work order to store for kits issuing

• Creating of Sales Orders

• Upload and revise demand in SAP

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

What skills and experiences are we looking for?

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Production Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 2 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain role (depending on level).

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
