Job summary

Binance is seeking Full Stack Engineers to act as AI-augmented seeds across product teams. You will lead end-to-end development spanning frontend and backend and drive AI tooling adoption to boost efficiency.

You will translate requirements into concrete implementations, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization. A strong backend and frontend foundation is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; Computer Science or AI-related major preferred.
• 1–5 years of professional experience.
• Solid foundation in at least one backend language: Java or Golang.
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.
• Experience owning end-to-end projects in production.
• Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and core backend concepts.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of product features spanning frontend and backend.
• Integrate AI coding tools as a core part of daily workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Translate product requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction.
• Act as a full stack seed within the team — mentor peers and scale AI-augmented development.
• Identify efficiency bottlenecks in cross-team collaboration and propose improvements.
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle — from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.
