Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program invites current university students and recent graduates to participate in a 3–6 month internship. You will work under senior engineers to develop product features, learn AI coding tools, and translate requirements into working implementations.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS or AI-related field.
Hands-on project experience (personal projects, coursework, internships).
Strong backend foundation: Java or Go.
Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience building end-to-end projects.
Basic DB design understanding.
Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code).

Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend.
Learn and integrate AI coding tools into daily workflow.
Assist in translating requirements into working implementations.
Act as a full stack seed learner to grow into autonomously delivering engineer.
Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest workflow improvements.
Contribute to product lifecycle from design to deployment.
