Powered by Pioneer is seeking a full‑stack engineer blending AI Agents with blockchain expertise. You will build scalable AI-driven apps, embed LLM capabilities, and work across Web2 and Web3 stacks as a true full‑stack architect.

Role requires delivering end‑to‑end AI-powered solutions, from frontend to smart contracts, with a focus on performance, reliability, and architectural standards in a decentralized environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one frontend framework (e.g., React) and one backend language (Python/Node.js).
• Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and cost/latency trade-offs.
• Hands-on experience deploying and debugging smart contracts on blockchain networks.
• Track record of delivering complete AI-driven applications or SDKs end-to-end.
• Experience contributing to engineering standards, docs, and AI-assisted development guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack applications and SDKs centered on blockchain middleware with AI agent integration.
• Build scalable backend services using Python/Node.js and modern frameworks.
• Deliver high-quality frontend interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
• Develop smart contracts and ensure seamless on-chain interactions.
• Define engineering standards and reusable architecture patterns for the team.
• Promote disciplined coding practices and AI-assisted delivery workflows.
• Stay ahead of AI + blockchain trends and drive product improvements.
