The Project Management and Programs Lead will shape the future of physical security operations through program management in a globally respected technology environment. Embedded within the Physical Security Operations team, this high-impact role will own the design, governance, and continuous evolution of the project management program in the APAC region. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the incumbent will drive portfolio-level delivery and organisational changes, translating organisational objectives into measurable outcomes through disciplined program management, technology innovation, and cross-functional partnership. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate security principles, project management methodologies, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Drive ongoing evolution of the project management program, shaping governance, delivery frameworks, methodologies, and maturity through industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Manage a portfolio of security programs and strategic initiatives at global and regional levels, prioritising resources and sequencing deliverables for maximum impact.
• Define success metrics, track benefit realisation, and report value delivered, ensuring the programs and projects are evaluated on outcomes.
• Maintain project governance structures, compliance standards, stage-gate processes, and review cadences that ensure portfolio-wide accountability and transparency.
• Govern the project management ecosystem, from selecting, configuring, and optimizing tools and platforms to enable portfolio visibility, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
• Lead and coordinate security projects from concept and planning through execution and implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
• Execute change management strategies to support operational transformation, integration, and project implementation.
• Build change readiness by diagnosing the team’s capacity, sequencing initiatives, and equipping stakeholders at all levels to champion transition.
• Develop actionable recommendations to solve complex operational and strategic challenges.
• Coordinate internationally with cross-functional partnering teams and through recurring leadership engagements, ensuring regional projects align with organisational objectives and surface regional insights upward.
• Build consensus and drive alignment among diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and subject matter experts.
• Research and apply global industry standards and benchmarks to elevate project outcomes.
• Design, document, and implement standardized processes and best practices for security operations.
• Create and deliver engaging training resources, communications, and knowledge materials.
• Foster strong partnerships at all organisational levels, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Five or more years in project management, preferably in security or related fields, with demonstrated ownership of multi-project portfolios and program-level responsibilities. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, and Google Project Management certification preferred. Additional certifications in security management, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP), are advantageous. Experience evaluating, implementing, and driving adoption of project management methodologies across teams. Practical experience applying artificial intelligence (AI) tools to streamline workflows, analysis, and reporting, along with the initiative to identify new opportunities to do so. Demonstrable experience collaborating with executive-level regional and global stakeholders to deliver complex projects. Proven track record delivering programs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
