Pinkerton is seeking a Project Management and Programs Lead to shape the future of physical security operations across APAC. You will own governance, delivery frameworks, and portfolio-level results within a global technology environment, coordinating with regional and global stakeholders.

The role demands senior program management experience, strong stakeholder management, and a track record delivering programs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Five or more years in project management, preferably in security or related fields.
• PMP, PRINCE2, and Google Project Management certification preferred.
• Additional security certifications in CPP or PSP are advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with executive-level regional and global stakeholders to deliver complex projects.
• Experience applying AI tools to streamline workflows, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of the project management program, governance, delivery frameworks, methodologies, and maturity.
• Manage a portfolio of security programs and strategic initiatives at global and regional levels.
• Define success metrics, track benefits, and report value delivered.
• Govern project management governance structures, compliance standards, and review cadences.
• Lead and coordinate security projects from concept to delivery and implementation.
• Build change readiness and educate stakeholders to champion transitions.
• Develop actionable recommendations to solve complex operational challenges.
• Coordinate internationally with cross-functional teams and leadership.
• Drive alignment among senior leadership and subject matter experts.
• Research and apply global industry standards to elevate outcomes.
• Design, document, and implement standardized security operations processes.
