Job summary

MSD in Hong Kong seeks an Associate Product Manager to support the end-to-end pharma marketing strategy across Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV. You will work under the Marketing Manager, drive brand planning, lifecycle management, and access initiatives while coordinating DKSH Alliance activities to expand patient reach and launch readiness.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Sales, Access, Regulatory and Finance teams to ensure compliant, high-impact execution and strong field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and execute Marketing Plans across Anesthesia, Hematology and HIV.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management and in-market optimization.
• Coordinate DKSH Alliance execution and monitor KPIs.
• Prepare HIV pipeline with market landscaping and launch readiness.
• Strengthen Sales Force capabilities and field execution.
• Collaborate with Medical, Sales, Access, Regulatory and Finance.
• Translate brand strategy into go-to-market plans and training.
• Manage promotional budgets and project dashboards.
• Ensure governance, compliance and ways of working across activities.
