Chong Hing Bank Limited invites applications for an Assistant Personal Banking Manager Trainee to join our retail banking team in Hong Kong. The role focuses on promoting consumer banking products, identifying customer needs, and delivering professional service to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Candidates should have a HKDSE or higher, or a bachelor’s degree, and some retail banking exposure. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required; Mandarin and Cantonese preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is an advantage; or HKDSE with 5 subjects at Level 2 or above, including Chinese/English and Mathematics.
• Minimum of six month’s working experience in retail banking or financial institutions, exposure in financial products.
• Pass in IIQE papers 1, 2, 3 & HKSI papers 1, 7, 8 will be an advantage
• Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
• Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager Trainee

Responsibilities

• Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
• Provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
• Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
