Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited offers an intensive development programme that combines business orientation, classroom training and on‑the‑job coaching. Upon completion, you will progress to Assistant Personal Banking Manager or Assistant Relationship Manager in our branches, subject to performance.

Responsibilities include engaging customers with the full range of retail banking products, acquiring new business, and assisting in branch promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with preferably 1 year of customer services experience.
• IIQE qualification is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated with strong sales drive.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote full range of retail banking products and services.
• Acquire new customers and solicit new business opportunities.
• Assist Branch Manager in planning, organizing and implementing branch promotion campaigns to achieve the branch business goals.
• Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
