Job summary

Chong Hing Bank Limited invites high-calibre professionals to lead the Leadership Development and Management Training Section in Hong Kong. The role entails formulating and deploying leadership development and talent management initiatives aligned with the bank's strategies, and partnering with division heads to provide expert learning solutions.

You will build the Management Training Curriculum, manage external vendors, and drive the culture initiatives while supporting performance management

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training, preferably in Banking/Financial Services.
• Proven track record in driving talent management and/or culture change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Leadership Development and Management Training Section.
• Formulate, plan and deploy leadership development and talent management initiatives in alignment with the Bank's leadership development strategies.
• Partner with Division/ Department Heads, and offer consultancy and advice for learning solutions.
• Build and implement the Management Training Curriculum (MTC) and New Joiner Induction Program.
• Select and manage external vendors to ensure proper execution of training and development initiatives.
• Facilitate the implementation of the Bank’s Performance Management Framework.
• Drive Corporate’s Culture initiatives, and other ad-hoc training projects as assigned.
• Provide management information analysis and recommendations.

Chong Hing Bank Limited was founded in Hong Kong in 1948. The Bank and its subsidiaries (including Chong Hing Securities Limited and Chong Hing Insurance Company Limited) offer comprehensive commercial banking and financial services to individual and corporate customers. These services include HKD and foreign currency deposits, credit, foreign exchange, wealth management, investment, securities, insurance and mandatory provident fund. • Facilitate the implementation of the Bank’s Performance Management Framework
• Drive Corporate’s Culture initiatives, and other ad‑hoc training projects as assigned
• Provide management information analysis and recommendation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related disciplines
• With at least 10 years of relevant experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training, preferably from the Banking and Financial Services Industry
• Proven track record in driving talent management and/or culture change initiatives preferred
• Solid experience in people management
• Strong sense of ownership, competent and proactive in stakeholder management, organization and execution
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in written English and Chinese. Putonghua would be an advantage
