Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC (Asia)) is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead compensation and benefits and performance management initiatives in Hong Kong. You will oversee salary reviews, benefits plans, budgeting and cost management to ensure market competitiveness.

The role requires a university degree and at least five years' hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in banking or finance, with strong knowledge of Employment

Qualifications

• University graduate or above.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in compensation & benefits and/or performance management, preferably in banking & finance.
• Good knowledge of compensation and benefit practices.
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, related employment legislation and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and good report writing skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation and review of compensation and benefits strategies, including annual salary review exercise and benefits plans
• Responsible for the full spectrum of staff performance management, and support annual staff budgeting and staff cost management
• Perform salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure the market competitiveness of remuneration package
• Liaise with external service providers to facilitate the implementation of benefit programs
• Review and develop human resources policies and procedures to ensure in compliance with statutory requirements
• Perform payroll administration and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
