Job summary

Iprospect in Hong Kong seeks a digital performance marketing professional to manage campaigns across Search, Display and Social. You will analyze data, generate insights, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI while coordinating with internal teams for accurate reporting.

The role requires 1–2 years in digital marketing, fluent English and Cantonese, and a solid understanding of performance marketing and eCommerce. Replacement scheduling is full-time with permanent contract.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social).
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerce.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Search, Display, and Social to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign and website data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Scale campaigns to improve reach and efficiency; report findings to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams for integrated execution and reporting.
• Prepare performance reports and client-facing presentations.
