Job summary

CLFMI Hong Kong Limited is looking for an experienced Operations Leader to run day-to-day PBSA property operations in Hong Kong. You will ensure a safe, welcoming student living environment and oversee resident services, facilities coordination and service quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors while upholding high standards of safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property operations or hospitality management.
• Experience in pre-opening, handover or operational setup is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of building operations, facilities coordination and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day PBSA property operations to ensure a safe, welcoming student environment.
• Coordinate front-of-house, cleaning, security and technical support functions.
• Oversee resident services, incident handling and service quality against standards.
• Manage preventive maintenance, contractor performance and cost control.
• Coach and train on-site staff to sustain high service levels.
