Job summary

The University of Hong Kong invites applications for Full-time/Part-time Receptionist at the Institute for Advanced Dentistry Multi-Specialty Clinic (IAD-MSC). You will handle patient registration, scheduling, invoicing, and inquiries, while supporting resident doctors and coordinating with internal and external parties in a fast-paced clinic.

Fresh graduates with strong customer service skills may be considered.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in any discipline.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Handling invoicing and payment collection.
• Answering enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Providing administrative support to resident doctors (MDS students).
• Coordinating with internal and external parties and maintaining records.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
